From Devon:
“I am a strengths-based therapist with a supportive, caring approach. I work collaboratively with clients to identify and develop individualized goals, and I whole-heartedly believe in the power of a strong rapport between the client and the therapist. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which is an evidence-based treatment for individuals between the ages of three to eighteen years old who have experienced trauma. My background includes the treatment of PTSD and Acute Stress Disorder in children, adolescents, and adults. I also have vast experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to aid in the treatment of various anxiety disorders, including OCD, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, specific phobias, and panic disorder. I am comfortable working with co-occurring disorders and individuals of diverse ages, identities, and backgrounds. I love having the ability to meet with clients virtually as a way to expand my understanding of their daily environments and to implement creative interventions.”
