From Dr. Strohl:
“I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders with children, adolescents, and adults. My approach is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which means I use evidenced based therapy to improve one’s mental health. I work collaboratively with clients to change negative thoughts to more realistic ones, utilize exposure and response prevention (ERP) and aim to reduce anxious and depressed feelings and behaviors. A majority of my clients have been diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Social Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, and/or Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs).
As a CBT therapist, I provide pro-active, supportive, and caring therapy that offers concrete interventions and treatment strategies. My clients have shared that they experience me as a compassionate, practical, genuine, understanding, and skilled psychologist.”
