This 10-week virtual therapy group is for you if you’ve been diagnosed with OCD or if you’re simply trying to understand what OCD is and what treatment might look like. Throughout our time together, we’ll talk about intrusive thoughts, compulsions, values, and the ways OCD can influence everyday life.

We’ll also walk through what Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) actually is, why it’s considered the gold-standard treatment for OCD, and the common fears or misconceptions that can make starting ERP feel intimidating. You’ll have space to explore your own triggers and patterns, connect with others, and consider your motivation for change at your own pace.

You don’t need to feel ready to begin ERP to join this group. The goal is simply to help you understand OCD more clearly, reduce some of the uncertainty, and support you in deciding what next steps feel right for you.

Why Group Therapy?

Group therapy is a more affordable way to access specialized OCD support, and being in a group offers the added benefit of learning alongside others who truly understand what you’re going through.
