Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for OCD, PTSD, and Anxiety

Our virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured, evidence-based care for OCD, PTSD, and anxiety—designed for those who need more support to move forward.

When Weekly Therapy Isn’t Enough

SIGNS YOU MAY NEED IOP

You may benefit from a higher level of care if:

  • Therapy hasn’t led to the progress you expected

  • Symptoms interfere with daily life

  • You feel overwhelmed most days

  • You need more support between sessions

  • OCD or anxiety is getting worse

IOP VS WEEKLY THERAPY

Weekly Therapy:

  • 1 session per week

  • Slower pace of change

  • Best for maintenance and mild–moderate symptoms

IOP:

  • Multiple sessions per week

  • Structured, immersive support

  • Ideal when symptoms are persistent or worsening

If you’ve been doing the work but still feel stuck, IOP may be the next step.

WHAT IS IOP?

An Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a higher level of care designed for individuals who need more support than weekly therapy, but do not require inpatient treatment.

IOP provides multiple therapy sessions per week, helping you build skills, gain momentum, and see meaningful progress in a shorter period of time.

WHAT MAKES OUR IOP DIFFERENT

  • Specialized treatment for OCD and anxiety

  • Evidence-based care (ERP, CBT)

  • Structured, goal-oriented programming

  • Flexible virtual format

  • Support that fits real life
